Listen to your body

20160112_092420.jpgDo you really know your own body? Do you listen to your body? Can you recognize the signs it is telling you? Do you ignore these signs or act on them with urgency? What is the relationship you have with your body? Do you nurture your body and thank it? How connected are you?

Our bodies are so fascinating and complex, but many of us don’t really understand our own. Often we are given so much conflicting information about what we should or shouldn’t be doing it can become overwhelming. Which foods to eat or avoid, the best exercises to do, the best time to exercise, how many hours sleep we should have, how much water we should drink, how many times we should eat during the day, which products we should apply to our skin……..the list is endless and always changes.

It is so important to get to know what works best for your body. Do your own research and make up your own mind. Every single body is different and what works for you will probably be completely different to what works for someone else.

Remember that our bodies are always changing, so we need to accommodate our changing needs and accept these. When you start to listen to what your body is telling you, and give it what it needs, you really start to feel the vitality that our bodies are capable of.

Fit, strong, flexible, energetic, healthy, happy, motivated, vibrant & radiant…………

The feeling of being the best you can be. How do you want to feel?
